Attendance and Registration
Attendance at the 2026 Luzon Economic Corridor Investment Forum is subject to approval. If you wish to attend, please complete the attendee registration form linked here. Submission of the registration form does not guarantee participation. Confirmed attendees will be notified via the email address provided during registration.
Yes. All invited participants must complete advance registration.
Yes. Official LEC Investment Forum credentials are required for entry and must be worn at all times. Credentials will be available for on-site pickup at the event registration desk by approved, registered participants upon arrival.
Venue and Logistics
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi will be available in the meeting space for all registered attendees.

Travel and Accommodations
Attendees are responsible for ensuring they meet all entry requirements for travel to the Philippines. Entry requirements, including visa eligibility, passport validity, and other travel documentation, vary based on your nationality. Please review the official Philippine Travel Information System website linked here for the most up to date guidance on visa requirements, entry procedures, and travel advisories. We strongly recommend completing all required customs and immigration declaration forms prior to arrival in order to expedite processing time at the airport.
U.S. citizens traveling to the Philippines for a short-term stay (up to 30 days) do not need a visa. Passports must be valid for at least six months beyond the intended stay, travelers must have a return or onward ticket, and they must complete the required Philippine eTravel registration prior to arrival.
No. Participants are responsible for all travel, lodging, and incidental costs unless otherwise specified.
Information on recommended hotels and any available room blocks will be shared with confirmed attendees as details are finalized.
Agenda, Programming and Participation
Yes. All sessions included in the LEC Investment Forum agenda are open to all registered confirmed participants. Attendees are welcome to participate in any plenary sessions, panel discussions, networking opportunities, and other scheduled programming unless otherwise noted.
Speaking roles are curated and by invitation only. Interested participants may contact the event team for consideration at questions@webstergroupinc.com.
Media, Communications and Protocol
The event will be open to select media, in accordance with event protocols. Additional information will be shared with confirmed participants.
Participation by communications or media staff is subject to approval and credentialing requirements.
Interpretation services may be available for select sessions. Further details will be provided closer to the event.
Networking and Hospitality
Attendees will have multiple opportunities to network throughout the event, including during scheduled networking breaks and hosted lunches.
Complimentary food and beverages will be provided to all attendees during designated breaks and meal periods. Attendees are responsible for all other costs related to the event, including but not limited to travel and accommodation arrangements.
Post Event Information
Participants may share general information about their participation in the public-facing portions of the event, subject to applicable organizational policies. Content related to closed-door sessions should not be shared publicly. Additional guidance on media and social media use will be provided to participants as appropriate.
Participants will be asked to complete a post-event survey providing feedback on various aspects of the event. Upon completion of the survey, electronic copies of the presentations will be shared, subject to speaker approval and availability.
